• Certify that I am 18 years of age or older (signature of a parent or tutor required for minors). • Acknowledge that I must be in great physical and mental health for taking part in the activities offered by A.S.A. Paintball & Airsoft. • Acknowledge that there are risks of serious injuries caused by the equipment, other participants, or on the grounds of A.S.A. Paintball & Airsoft. • Undertake to respect and follow the safety rules dictated by A.S.A. Paintball & Airsoft and its staff, liable to penalties leading to expulsion from the playgrounds. • Will compensate A.S.A. Paintball & Airsoft from all claims, lawsuits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, injuries, serious injuries or injuries that may lead to death, caused by the game, the ground conditions, and provided equipment. I hereby exempt A.S.A. Paintball & Airsoft, its owners, shareholders, and staff from any lawsuits on my behalf, my heritage, heirs, my executors, and my successors. • Acknowledge that A.S.A. Paintball & Airsoft cannot warrant the inventory of fixtures and its equipment. • Accept full responsibility for the rented and/or borrowed equipment. In the event that the equipment that I return is not in the same condition as it was originally, I commit to cover the costs to repair or replace these items.
